Code of Conduct

Respect others

Treat everyone with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Be present

Stay engaged, participate fully, and minimise distractions.

Be constructive

Share ideas and feedback in a way that is helpful and solution-focused.

Own the experience

Take responsibility for your experience and help create a positive environment for everyone.

We all have a role to play.
